Expressions of interest are now open to join the BBB Committee. EOI will close on 30 April 2026.

We are looking for women who are aligned with our mission, proactive, dependable, collaborative, and genuinely invested in building community. Being part of the committee is more than attending events or having ideas. It involves taking initiative, following through, communicating well, and contributing to the growth of Brown Boss Babes and South Asian Foundation Australia in a meaningful way.

Please note: We are looking for committee members who are not only passionate, but also dependable, communicative, and willing to contribute consistently behind the scenes.

We have the following volunteer positions available:

Committee Members: Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Darwin and Adelaide.

Minimum term is 1 year. Depending on performance, you will be invited to extend for 2- 3 years.

As a team member are you willing to commit to all of the following required activities

Participate in 1 hour monthly meetings (virtual)

Utilise your personal networks and skills to support Brown Boss Babes and the other programs under the South Asian Foundation Australia

Attend 80% of all BBB events occurring within your state
